Youth for Governance is a 12-week civic leadership fellowship designed to provide structured exposure to public administration, citizen engagement, and governance processes. Participation in the program is voluntary and subject to selection.

2. Eligibility & Application

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
• The program reserves the right to shortlist, interview, and select candidates at its sole discretion.
• Applications are collected through an external platform. Youth for Governance is not responsible for the technical functioning or data handling practices of third-party platforms.

3. Use of Information

• Information submitted during the application process will be used solely for evaluation, communication, and program-related purposes.
• By applying, candidates consent to being contacted regarding the fellowship and related updates.

4. Program Conduct

• Selected Fellows are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct throughout the fellowship.
• Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of trust may result in immediate removal from the program.

5. Fellowship Structure

• Program duration, structure, deliverables, and activities are subject to change based on administrative or operational requirements.
• Participation does not create an employment relationship with Youth for Governance or any associated office.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, logos, and program materials, is the property of Youth for Governance unless stated otherwise.
• Fellows may not reproduce or distribute official materials without prior permission.

7. Public Representation

• Fellows may be featured in official communications, photographs, videos, or reports related to the program.
• Participation implies consent for such non-commercial usage unless explicitly withdrawn in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Youth for Governance shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in the fellowship or use of this website.
• The program does not guarantee career placement or future opportunities.
