About Us
Understanding Youth for Governance
"This is not a volunteer platform. This is a platform to develop the next set of governance leaders."
Youth for Governance is a civic leadership initiative anchored in the principles of good governance and nation-building. It exists to bridge the gap between young citizens and the institutions that serve them, by fostering awareness, responsibility, and public-minded leadership. The initiative is rooted in the belief that strong governance begins with informed participation.
Vision • Mission • Movement
Vision
To create a generation of informed, disciplined, and action-oriented youth who actively contribute to public administration and democratic processes.
Mission
To transform young voters into active stakeholders of governance by providing real-world exposure to citizen engagement, data-driven decision-making, and constituency-level administration.
The Movement

Create structured channels for citizen feedback and data collection
Develop future civic leaders grounded in ethics and accountability
Establish Janakpuri as a working model of participatory governance
Our Inspiration
Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee
The initiative draws inspiration from the life and leadership of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, whose approach to governance was rooted in integrity, dialogue, and people-centric administration.
His belief that democracy succeeds when citizens are informed and involved forms the ideological foundation of this program.
